The Melanie Kimono by Jalie is a great sewing pattern, suitable for confident beginners onwards, this stylish Kimono is super versatile - wear as a dressing gown, beach cover-up or stylish layering piece. This pattern comes complete with all sizes from age 2 years, through to womenswear size 22, so you can make one for yourself and then one for your mini-me to match!
A traditional Kimono silhouette, with sash, patch pockets and three-quarter length sleeves. This is a knee-length, loose-fitting design.

Fabric Suggestions : Cotton Lawns suit this style perfectly, as do Linen and Linen blends, Cottons and Chambray. Or use Crepe and Rayon for a drapier effect.
You will also need : Thread and a point turner or pointy implement.
Delivery

International Delivery
Flying Bobbins now ships internationally. Parcels are limited to a maximum weight of 2kg. If your order exceeds this, we will be in touch with options to split your order into multiple parcels. You will need to pay separately for each parcel.

Returns
If you change your mind, you can return your Flying Bobbins goods as long as they are in tact and as new. Returns on cut to order fabrics and trims are at the discretion of Flying Bobbins. You are responsible for any returns postage costs. You will only be refunded once the goods are back with Flying Bobbins. We suggest you use a tracked service for returning goods to us.
