All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Post. Please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Last Orders for Christmas
Please place orders by midnight on Friday 17th December to ensure they arrive in time for Christmas Eve.
Local collection is available from Flying Bobbins HQ in Cheam, Surrey. The last day to place an order for local collection before Christmas is Wednesday 22nd December. Orders will be available for you to collect until 10:00am on Christmas Eve, Friday 24th December.
Christmas Opening Hours
Flying Bobbins HQ will be closed from Friday 24th December until Wednesday 29th December. You can place orders via the website during this time, these orders will be dispatched on Thursday 30th December. Due to the Christmas and New Year Bank holidays, orders may take longer that normal to reach you during this time.
Unwanted 2021 Christmas gifts can be returned by 31st January 2022. These gifts must be un-used and in original condition. You can choose to exchange or receive a refund. Refunds will be given only once we have received your item back at our head office. Fabrics which have been washed or cut cannot be returned. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
We do offer gift vouchers in multiples of £10. These are e-mailed directly to your inbox the moment you place your order. We do not send out physical gift cards.
THE DATES ON THE GIFT CARDS ARE EXPRESSED IN USA FORMAT - MONTH, DAY, YEAR. YOU HAVE ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE TO SPEND YOUR GIFT CARD.
