At Flying Bobbins all parcels are sent via Royal Mail Standard Tracked Service. Please allow 3 - 5 working days to receive your parcel. During the busy Christmas season, your parcel can take longer.

Local Collection

Local collection is available from Flying Bobbins HQ in Cheam, Surrey.  The last day to place an order for local collection before Christmas is Friday 19th December, these must be collected by 7pm Friday 19th December. We re-open for local collection on Monday 5th January 2026.

Christmas Opening Hours

Flying Bobbins HQ will be closed from Friday 19th December until Sunday 4th January.  You can place orders via the website during this time, these orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail. Due to the Christmas and New Year Bank holidays, orders may take longer that normal to reach you during this time.  

Returns

Unwanted 2025 Christmas gifts can be returned by 31st January 2026.  These gifts must be un-used and in original condition.  You can choose to exchange or receive a refund.  Refunds will be given only once we have received your item back at our head office.  Fabrics which have been washed or cut cannot be returned.  Please e-mail hello@flyingbobbins.com for further assistance.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are available in multiples of £10.  These are e-mailed directly to your inbox the moment you place your order. Physical gift cards can be collected or posted to you, please e-mail me if you would like a physical gift card.  

THE DATES ON THE GIFT CARDS ARE EXPRESSED IN USA FORMAT - MONTH, DAY, YEAR. YOU HAVE ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE TO SPEND YOUR GIFT CARD.
