I will carefully and slowly talk you through each element of the project, covering all processes from cutting out to sewing the hems to ensure that you enjoy sewing your Melanie Kimono and achieve a great finished project.
The Melanie Kimono is a great project suitable for all sewing abilities. Use a crisp, fresh cotton lawn for a beautiful Kimono, or go for a linen, viscose, or even embroidered fabric to create different looks. This kimono can be worn as a dressing gown, beach cover up , or layering piece for those long summer evenings.
