The Shirred Sun-Dress is a Summer holiday staple which can be made in a variety of fabrics.  You can make this style in any size you like simply by taking your bust/chest measurement and multiplying it.  You can make a top, mini-dress, knee-length, midi or maxi length dress, with or without a tier, with or without pockets, and with 4 choices of strap style.  This really is a quick and versatile project suitable for all abilities of sewing.    Plus, it's great fun too!

Included is a five part video series comprising of two hours of sew-along style tutorials.  I will carefully and slowly talk you through each element of the project, covering all processes from creating your pattern, to cutting out, to sewing up your dress, including my top tips for perfect shirring.

This Sun-Dress can be sewn for both children and adults.  

How it Works:

On purchasing this sew-along, you will receive a link to the video course which you can watch at your leisure, and a PDF download of the instructions which you can print at home.  The video series can be accessed as many times as you like so that you can watch each process over and over again as you sew.  This video series is delivered via YouTube.  The sew-along can only be accessed by those who have purchased this link, or members of the Flying Bobbins High Five Club.  On purchasing this video series, you will be send a PDF containing the link to the videos and PDF instructions.
